The Promotion Explorer surfaces prices that are available in the Microsoft CSP product catalog.

As an Indirect Reseller the pricing and product partner numbers may not match the Pricing and Product Partner numbers from your distributor

Notes:

• Provisioning of products is supported for Direct Partners
• Pricing for Products is supported for the markets where work 365 is able to import via an API.
• If you are a Direct Partner and do not see your market, please contact - [email protected]

1. Enter the Filter selection is required to fetch the data.
2. Once the top-level filter criterion, for Provider, Market is populated
3. You can further filter by adding a search name or criterion.

Tab Between the Details Tab and the Constraints Tab to view specifics about the promotion that is available.

Click on the Gear Icon to Add the Subscription:

Add Subscription:

Clicking Add Subscription allows you to provision a new Subscription

1. Select the customer
2. Select the billing Contract
3. Select the Provider and the Provider Account

Confirm the co-termination or Month-end alignment option and provision.

Note:

• Provisioning a Product with a Promotion does not change the Sales price of the Subscription.
• Selecting a Promotional product will only alter the cost price from Microsoft.
• If Choosing to pass on promotional pricing to the customer, Specific the discount amount in the Subscription.
• Use the Scheduling (Scheduled License Change) feature to turn off the discount at the end of the Promotion.
