GDAP Sync
Work 365 supports a two-way sync for GDAP requests.
Work 365 supports a two-way sync from GDAP requests, implying that changes made to GDAP requests in Work 365 are synced to Partner Center and changes made in Partner Center are also synced to Work 365. These changes are synced happen in near real-time (or as soon as Microsoft provides updates to Work 365).
Sync from Partner Center
Automatic sync
Work 365 subscribes to changes made to GDAP requests in Partner Center. Therefore, changes made to GDAP requests in Partner Center are automatically synced to Work 365 in near real-time. There is no scheduled job to sync these changes.
Manual bulk sync
Work 365, by default will not sync existing GDAP requests in Partner Center. However, Partners can choose to bring in their existing GDAP relationships into Work 365 by clicking the Check for New
button.
Long running process
This process runs in the background and can take a while to complete depending on the number of customer tenants and GDAP requests in Partner Center.

This process will create absent GDAP requests in Work 365 that exist in Partner Center as well as update existing requests in Work 365. No changes to Partner Center are made as part of this process.
Manual single sync
Active GDAP requests will show a Sync
button in the ribbon. Clicking this will compare the status of the GDAP request in Work 365 with that from Partner Center and update the Work 365 request with differences, if any. This functionality is useful as a manual backup mechanism to the automatic sync process.
Sync to Partner Center
A prompt to sync is shown to the user when saving changes to a GDAP request in Work 365. This prompt is only shown for Active
GDAP requests.

Furthermore, the user can choose to push GDAP requests to Partner Center anytime by clicking the Push
button from the GDAP request form's ribbon.
In addition to pushing changes to Partner Center, the user may also choose to terminate the GDAP request by clicking the Terminate
button on the ribbon.
Immediate Sync
All changes TO Partner Center are immediate and are not cancellable. The system will prompt the user for confirmation, upon receiving which, changes are pushed immediately.
