Making Changes to a Subscription
Making changes to Subscription Quantity and renewal fields
On the Subscription form click on the Modify button
The Modification Popup/modal is presented:
NOTE: Ensure Update Effective Setting is correctly!
Make Changes:
- Immediately will create a License Change Log to process the change
- Custom and On Renewal will create a Scheduled Change to be processed on the future date
Modify the fields as needed
Quantity Change: Place cursor in the By field and increase or decrease the amounts.
Update Auto-Renew Change the value in the Auto-Renew section
Update Pricing Modify the pricing fields.
Refresh the Subscription page after the changes are made
