Billing and invoicing

Billing is a core capability in the Work 365 Application.

  • Billing is enabled by the Billing Contract and the related entities and records.
  • A Billing Contract creates an Invoice
  • A Billing Contract can be used to invoice Products, Subscriptions, One-time items and a services on a recurring basis.

A billing contract can be configured for the following Billing Frequencies:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annual
