Configure Providers

Overview of different provider types and how they function within the Work 365 application.

ProvisioningProcess in Work 365 is supported by various Provider Types.

Supported Provider Types:

  1. Automatic Provider
  2. Manual Provider
  3. Do Nothing Provider
  4. Linked Subscription Provider
  5. Rest Provider

Below table provides quick snapshot of the functionalities supported by the out of the Box Automatic Providers available in Work 365 Application:

Notes

  • TechData (Stream One/ION) is new and under development
  • Pax 8:
    • Pax8 API does not support syncing of agreements
    • Azure Subscriptions transacted on the legacy Microsoft CSP Classic Offer are not supported
  • Crayon:
    • Azure Subscriptions transacted on the legacy Microsoft CSP Classic Offer are no longer available in Crayon (Cloud-IQ).
  • Synnex Stellr
    • Synnex API does not support syncing of agreements.
  • Ingram Micro :
    • Does not support Legacy subscriptions update
    • Does not support Legacy/NCE Trial subscriptions creation
    • Does not support Azure subscriptions create
    • Does not support Upgrade/Migrate subscriptions
  • For all providers the Usage imports available via mapping files.
