Managing Pricing Updates
Microsoft Updates Prices frequently. Its hard to maintain and manage these price updates. Work 365 simplifies the whole pricing management
Prices can be either updated automatically or through an approval process.
This setting to control this can be managed in the Application Settings/Admin Hub/Product Service

Setting Options:
- Approval Required
- Auto
Approval Required:
The Prices are held in a Staging field and not applied to the Product Price Table. A workflow needs to be executed.
- Navigate to Product Price
- Select the View for Updated Prices:

Select the items for which you want to update the prices in your catalog and Run the Work 355 Approve Price Change.
Auto
Prices will be updated automatically whenever there is a change detected in the Microsoft Pricing Catalog

Prices changes to your catalog does not automatically update Subscription Prices. Price changes to the Catalog are used
- In the portal for customers
- When provisioning new subscriptions
- Enabling change detection in the Subscription Pricing Page
