This site will only display the items that have been previously configured in your Work 365 Application. This ensures that you are only viewing the most relevant and up-to-date information and that you can manage your account and services more efficiently.

Overview

In this page you can conveniently access and manage the products you've previously added to Work 365. This article provides an overview of the layout and functionalities of the Catalog page to help you effectively navigate and utilize its features.

Lookup Functionality

Located in the top left corner, the Lookup feature allows you to search for products by Product ID or Name, enabling quick access to specific items within your catalog.

Columns and Data

The Catalog page presents information in four columns:

  1. Product ID: Unique identifier for each product.

  2. Name: Name of the product.

  3. Manufacturer: Manufacturer of the product.

  4. Action: This column provides options for interacting with each product.

Product Details

Under the Action column, you'll find an icon to open the Product Details page. Here, you can access comprehensive information about each product, including:

  1. Product Name: Name of the product

  2. Description: Description of the product

  3. Manufacturer: Manufacturer of the product

  4. Billing Type: Type of billing associated with the product

  5. Prices: Pricing details for the product
