Prerequisites

Work 365 requires a Power Apps license for usage.

Work 365's CRM entities, plugin and logic is supported by a SaaS application. Below are the requirements to install and use Work 365.

Enable the English Language in CRM	Work 365 supports multiple languages; in the backend infrastructure, English is required. Enabling English as a language in CRM ensures all backend processes can run without issues.
Licenses Power Apps	Work 365 Requires a Power Apps License.
